His hand reaches out and he grabs the King's gun from his dead, rigid fingers. Are we destined for a super smoke monster or something worse? I think the story told in The King's Blood was quite good, and I'll get to it in a moment, but the shoddy editing really detracted from my enjoyment of this book. We'll see what his… ahem… King's blood will accomplish through Melisandre's scorcery soon enough I'm sure.
